AMBER BENZON
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Amber is a skilled advocate and trusted political strategist.
During her almost two decades of government affairs and public policy experience, she has served as senior state agency staff, government affairs and grassroots advocacy for a statewide energy trade association, and in 2020, Amber launched her government affairs practice Entresol Strategies.
Through her service on the Board of Directors for the State YMCA of Pennsylvania, Amber supports the mission of preparing youth to engage as thoughtful and empowered citizens.
Amber lives in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children. They enjoy travel, aviation, and Thai curry.

The Level Up Leadership Alliance (LULA) comprises women and men of diverse backgrounds who have deep knowledge of their communities, industries, and they share a vision for what is possible when we invest in women.
Many of the LULA women are the very Founding Mothers of Level Up - the inspiration, early adopters, and collaborators who continue to drive the movement forward.
