AMBER BENZON
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Amber is a skilled advocate and political strategist who inspires trust among her peers. Her work with women in the government sphere has been a driving force behind Level Up. During her almost two decades of government affairs and public policy experience, she has served as senior staff in the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Director of Government Affairs for a statewide energy trade association, and in 2020, Amber launched her government affairs practice.
Through her service on the Board of Directors for the State YMCA of Pennsylvania, Amber supports the mission of preparing youth to engage as thoughtful and empowered citizens.
Amber lives in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children. They enjoy travel, aviation, and Thai curry.

The Level Up Leadership Alliance (LULA) comprises women and men of diverse backgrounds who have deep knowledge of their communities, industries, and a shared passion for the societal good that comes from engaging smart, motivated women in our professional and political discourse.
Many of the LULA women are the very Founding Mothers of Level Up - the inspiration, early adopters, and collaborators who continue to drive the movement forward.
